Orders

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

Delivery

Divita Studio currently delivers across India to serviceable PIN codes.

Orders are generally dispatched within 4–6 business days from order confirmation.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

As our products are fragile, we take special care while packing them.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video. Our team will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for products that are received damaged or defective.

Returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or any other reason not related to product damage or defect are not accepted.
